I’m delighted to inform you that delegate registration is now open for the inaugural Young Rider Focus conference – and there’s a very attractive ‘early bird’ rate of just £100 plus VAT for the first 25 people who book their place.
Organised by the team behind the established and well-attended Young Driver Focus, this new one-day event for road safety professionals will be held in Birmingham on 6 March 2019, and will look at the challenge of reducing collisions and casualties among young, inexperienced powered two wheeler (P2W) riders.
Young Rider Focus was conceived following a survey among road safety professionals which confirmed an appetite for a conference focusing on the key issues faced by 16-25 year-old motorcyclists, the highest risk road user group in the UK.
The event will bring together public and private sector road safety professionals from across the UK, who are committed to helping reduce casualties among young riders.
The conference committee is in the early stages of planning the programme and has published an overview of the likely content, and of the organisations that have already agreed to participate.
The early bird rate of just £100 plus VAT includes the conference, lunch and other refreshments throughout the day – click here to book to attend.
In addition to the early bird rate, there is the option to purchase a joint ticket covering Young Rider Focus and Young Driver Focus 2019 (1 May 2019, RAC, Pall Mall, London).
